These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BedPro platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on BedPro, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully – they are written in plain English so every Pakistani player can understand their rights and obligations.
Welcome to BedPro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and BedPro ("the Platform", "we", "us"). BedPro operates the website at bedpro.onl and all services available through it, including sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, and live cricket score tracking.
By registering for an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on BedPro, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the BedPro platform.

BedPro is designed and operated specifically for players in Pakistan. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied and no currency other than PKR is accepted on BedPro.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use a BedPro account. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. BedPro reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification. Any winnings generated by an account found to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited and the account permanently closed. BedPro takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will cooperate with any relevant authority in connection with such cases.
Each person is permitted to hold one active BedPro account only. Multiple accounts per person – whether registered under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment accounts – are strictly prohibited. Where BedPro identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the oldest may be closed, all bonuses may be voided, and any winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. One BedPro account per household and per IP address is permitted in most circumstances.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your BedPro account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your BedPro username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. BedPro will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BedPro support immediately at support@bedpro.onl.
Important: BedPro accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.
BedPro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistan-based payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your name. BedPro does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties.
The minimum deposit on BedPro is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though BedPro may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large or unusual transactions. BedPro does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.
BedPro processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, and NayaPay within minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers are typically completed on the same banking day. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. BedPro reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not punitive in nature.
If your BedPro account has had no login or transactional activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered dormant. BedPro will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Balances in dormant accounts remain yours and will be paid out upon verified request.
BedPro offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to your BedPro account carry a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus balance will expire.
BedPro's PSL cashback promotion returns 10% of net losses on PSL markets during specified weekly periods. PSL cashback is credited as real withdrawable cash with no wagering requirements. The cashback is calculated and credited each Tuesday for the preceding calendar week. A player must have placed at least one qualifying PSL bet during the relevant period to be eligible for that week's cashback.
BedPro reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, wagering with the intent to satisfy requirements without genuine game play risk, or using prohibited game types to meet wagering requirements. BedPro's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
Note: Bonuses can only be claimed by the account holder in their own name. Attempting to claim a new player bonus on a returning account is considered bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being voided.
A bet placed on BedPro is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation notification on screen and the amount is deducted from your account balance. In cases of unclear confirmation due to connectivity issues, BedPro's server records are the definitive reference for whether a bet was placed and accepted. If you experience any issue confirming a bet, contact BedPro support before placing the wager again.
The minimum single bet on BedPro's sports betting markets is Rs 100. Slot game minimum spins start from Rs 10 per round. Live casino minimum bets are Rs 100 per hand or spin in most games. Maximum bet limits vary by market, game, and event and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement. BedPro reserves the right to adjust maximum limits for individual players or markets at any time.
If BedPro publishes odds that contain a clear and obvious error – for example, pricing a heavily favoured team at an incorrect decimal that cannot represent genuine market opinion – BedPro reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have their winnings voided and accounts reviewed. BedPro will not accept or settle bets placed on obvious errors even if confirmed by the system at the time of placement.
In-play and live betting markets on BedPro update in near real time but there may be brief delays between on-field events and the odds engine reflecting those events. BedPro reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed on suspended markets if they were accepted in error. Bets accepted before a notable event (wicket, injury, power cut, etc.) that BedPro had not yet processed may be voided at BedPro's discretion.
Sports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL and international cricket, FIFA for football, etc.) after the conclusion of the relevant event. For cricket, the official DLS result applies where a match is affected by weather. BedPro may delay settlement pending official confirmation. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final upon round completion.
You agree to use the BedPro platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BedPro:
BedPro reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found in breach of this conduct policy, including suspension, permanent closure, and withholding of associated balances pending investigation.
BedPro operates strict anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with applicable standards. All accounts may be subject to identity verification (KYC) at any point. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of your registered payment method. BedPro may withhold withdrawals and restrict account activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
Using BedPro's platform to launder money or to process funds of criminal origin is a serious offence and will result in immediate account closure, full reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds. BedPro reserves the right to share account and transaction information with law enforcement agencies where legally required or where fraud is reasonably suspected.
Chargeback fraud – initiating a payment reversal with your bank after funds have been used on BedPro – is considered theft. BedPro will pursue all legal remedies available in such cases and will report the matter to the payment provider involved.
BedPro collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform and deliver its services. The types of data collected include registration information, payment details, betting and gaming history, and device and session data. BedPro uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to: suspected underage play, fraud or AML concerns, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, player conduct violations, or failure to complete identity verification.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach, any remaining balance after the deduction of void bonuses will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, BedPro may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach and the outcome of any investigation.
You may request the closure of your own BedPro account at any time by contacting support. Where closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, BedPro will apply self-exclusion protocols and ensure you are not contacted with promotional materials after the closure is processed.
BedPro provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7 and that games and markets function correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond BedPro's control may cause temporary interruptions.
BedPro's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's account. BedPro is not liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
BedPro is not responsible for telecommunications, internet, or device failures on the player's end that affect the ability to place, view, or manage bets. If a game or bet round is interrupted mid-play due to a technical failure on BedPro's side, the round will either be completed when service resumes or the stake will be returned to the player's account.
BedPro reserves the right to update and modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, BedPro will notify registered players via email, SMS, or an on-screen notification at the next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
Continued use of the BedPro platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect. To do so, contact BedPro support before the notified effective date of the change.
Minor changes – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarification of existing policy, or updates to reflect new features that do not materially affect player rights – may be made without direct notification but will always be reflected in the published Terms on this page.
